One Pan Cabbage and Bacon
- 6 ounces bacon
- 16 ounces green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Slice the cabbage and bacon into small, bite-size pieces.
- Add the bacon to a pan over medium heat and cook until the bacon is rendered and crispy.
- Add the cabbage and butter to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Fry the cabbage until golden and slightly soft.
- Serve in a bowl with the pan drippings.
