SMOOTHIE
6-8 oz Siggi
1/2 c blueberries (frozen)
1 frozen banana
1 c coconut water
DIP
8 oz Siggi
3 T fresh dill, chopped or 1 tsp dried
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 a lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper
Chill for 4-8 hours before serving
AVOCADO EGG SANDWICH
1/2 an avocado
2 hardboiled eggs
2 T Siggi
2 slices bread
Greens
Salt and pepper
